Best place to buy a mobile phone from?

I want a phone on t-mobile pay as you go. T-mobile have hardly any phones on pay as you go, I had loads of trouble with the carphone warehouse so i don’t want to buy form them again, phones4u have really bad reviews. I was going to buy from tesco as they seem alright and I have been on tesco mobile before but really don’t want to change my number. Wheres the best place to buy a phone?
